Connecting an AI agent or assistant
Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP clients connect to
https://api.dveracity.com/mcp and sign in through our consent screen. If a connection fails, tell us the time, the client, and the error text — our logs record the OAuth error code, so most failures are diagnosable in minutes. Details for builders: Semantic API.A tool answered “payment required” (402) or “auth required” (401)
401 means the agent has no credential yet — sign in and approve it on the consent screen, or create an API key in the dashboard. 402 means the account is out of credits — see Pricing. The Open Footprint model tools are free of charge either way.
Billing and credits
Subscriptions and credits are managed in the dashboard under Billing and Validation (VaaS). For invoices, refunds or a charge you don't recognise, email us with the account address.
Privacy and your data
What we collect, where it lives and how long we keep it is in the Privacy Policy. Access, correction and deletion requests go to the same address; we respond within thirty days.
Security
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email us with security in the subject line. Please don't test against other customers' data.
